New for Fall 2019, IBA is proud to announce our Elite Skills Program! This 6-week clinic is designed to meet the needs of players who are ready to be challenged in a small group setting. Sessions will be fast-paced with a higher level of intensity; curriculum will focus on both individual skill development as well as team-based concepts and instruction.
Trey Frahler, current Director of Operations at Illinois Baseball Academy and Director of Player Development at New Trier Feeder will lead the program. Coach Frahler played 3 sports at New Trier High School before playing Division I college baseball. After his playing career, he returned to coach baseball at New Trier for 3 seasons before moving to college baseball coaching. Coach Frahler will be assisted by senior-level IBA instructors with playing and coaching backgrounds at various levels. Players will rotate among IBA instructors over the course of the program based on skill focus and instructor expertise.
Players will receive “homework” each week to help ensure results! IBA Elite Skills is a great way to develop players for tryouts, increase confidence and encourage them to appreciate what it takes to be successful on and off the field.
